Ventus Australis

Our two trusty exploration vessels, Stella Australis and Ventus Australis, both provide a perfect balance between onboard comforts, stylish lounge areas and fantastic food, with outright adventure, expert guides and a real pioneering spirit too.

The ships themselves are more agile than most, making them ideal for navigating the tricky canals and tight waterways∘ of southern Patagonia, though they are also completely at ease in rough or icy seas if the weather is not on our side. Onboard, the décor in each of the cabins is low-key though modern and sophisticated, while reading rooms and an observation deck let the stunning landscapes do the talking, as they gently pass you by.

There are only two Category AAA Superior cabins on board Ventus Australis, which are situated on the Cabo De Hornos Deck. These cabins offer the best views on board.
AAA Cabins
Category AAA cabins are situated on the Cabo De Hornos Deck, and offer some of the best views on board.
AA Superior
There are only two Category AA Superior cabins on board Ventus Australis, which are situated on the Tierra Del Fuego Deck. 
AA Cabins
Category AA cabins are located on the Tierra Del Fuego Deck and have standard-sized twin or double beds.
A Cabins
Category A cabins are located on the Magallanes Deck and have standard-size twin or double beds.

Dining

Patagonia Dining Room

The pampering continues in the dining room with buffet breakfasts and lunches and four-course dinners that blend continental and Chilean cuisine.

The galley also caters to special dietary requests.The all-inclusive bar features a wide selection of liquors, excellent Chilean wines and local craft beers, as well as our trademark Calafate Sour.
